Annie has a deep understanding of grassroots activism and state politics. In 2009, she built and coordinated grassroots campaigns in nine states and achieved successful outcomes in all but two.
Annie has performed research, coalition building, and media support for numerous ballot measures, including the successful Proposition 11 redistricting reform in California's 2008 California General Election.

Annie graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Annie resides in Carmichael and enjoys photography, travel, SCUBA diving, and writing.
