Kelli Carr

Senior Account Executive

Kelli is a Senior Account Executive at Meridian Pacific Strategies. She brings 10 years of government affairs experience holding previous positions within the Federal, State and Local branches of government. In 2010, Kelli worked as a Staff Assistant in Washington, D.C. for Congressman William Thomas, then returned to California to work in the Office of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger within the Executive Office on Policy Development. After three years working in the Governor’s office, she enjoyed several years working as a Special Investigator for the Fair Political Practices Commission, investigating various violations of the Political Reform Act.

Kelli’s passion for politics and policy began when she attended the Panetta Institute’s Congressional Internship Program in Monterey and Washington, D.C., where she studied under Leon E. Panetta, Former Secretary of Defense.

Kelli lives in El Dorado Hills with her husband and three children.
